Positive relationships, healthy routines and trusted adults on every campus.
Wellbeing at MAKSON is built through the practices we can evidence every day: positive relationships between staff and students, healthy routines, safeguarding, consistent behaviour support, trusted adults on every campus, and appropriate learning support for students who need it.

Education works best when school and home work together. MAKSON builds strong relationships with families through responsive Parent Services, regular Parent-Teacher Conferences, parenting groups, consultations and workshops on child development, parenting and life skills.
A dedicated team on every campus. Enquiries answered within one hour.
Each year in Term 3; headline results and actions shared with families.
MAKSON does not yet have formal parent representatives or a PTA.
Speak to the class teacher first, then the Campus Director, then Parent Services. Formal complaints follow the Complaints and Feedback Policy and receive a written response within one working day.
The practical things every family needs to know — findable in two taps.

The full 2026–2027 academic calendar, alongside key dates on the Admissions page.

A monthly menu, allergy and dietary process, and a snack fee for younger students (see Fees).
MAKSON provides first aid and informs parents if a student is unwell; medication is never given without parental consent. No specific vaccinations are required for enrolment, but families are strongly encouraged to keep immunisations up to date and provide a copy at enrolment. A school nurse is on site at every campus.
Telegram for day-to-day updates, plus Lilio (Early Years), Seesaw (Primary) or Google Classroom (Secondary) for formal reporting.
Our parents portal (login, calendar, menus, forms and notices) is currently in development; details will be published once it launches.
Absence request, medication form, transport registration and withdrawal notice are available from Parent Services on any campus.
